Products and Pricing

We sell new, used, and certified refurbished enterprise IT hardware, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and components. Each product listing states its condition and warranty period. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free; we reserve the right to cancel or correct orders affected by a pricing or listing error.

Orders and Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe), cash on delivery, wire transfer, purchase order, and approved net-terms accounts, depending on eligibility. An order is not final until we confirm acceptance. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns and Warranty

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which provides a 30-day RMA window for eligible items. Warranty coverage varies by product and condition (new, used, or certified refurbished) and is stated on each product page. Warranty claims should be submitted through our customer support channels.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
